We accept returns and exchanges, up to 30 days after the date of sale. This is excluding personalised items, which cannot be returned. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange the return postage on any returns or exchanges. For more on our returns policy page, click here.

We dispatch all orders next working day. For UK orders, we will send it with Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (depending what has been chosen at checkout). For all international orders, we will ship it with an international courier such as DPD, UPS, FedEx. All of our clothing is 100% cotton. Each item has been hand printed by us, in the UK. This is excluding mugs and aprons, which have been printed by our supplier, also in the UK.

Yes, we get great feedback with our clothing. Almost all of our customers report back in their reviews that their item was true-to-size. We have an accurate size guide attached to each listing, which you should always use when purchasing an item.

Turn clothing inside out to protect the design. All of our clothing products should be washed at a maximum of 60°C. You should avoid the tumble drier where possible. Do not iron directly on to the design.
