Welcome to our store! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. For custom items not already listed on our gift store, we will provide a design proof or confirmation before printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before production.
2. Personalised Items
Personalised or custom-made products are created specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. Please double-check all names, designs, and sizes before confirming your order.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Non-personalised items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the return is authorised by us first.

The item must be in its original condition and unworn.

The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.

4. Turnaround Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, within a day or two. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design and stock availability. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of order.
5. Cancellations
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel a non-personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content you provide must be your own or used with the appropriate permissions. We reserve the right to refuse any content that is offensive, copyrighted without permission, or inappropriate.
7. Liability
While we take every care in producing high-quality garments, we are not liable for minor variations in colour or size due to garment production tolerances or screen colour differences. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the item purchased.
